Refund Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items for a full refund. We will refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion. However refunds would be made, in the following circumstances: In case of duplicate transaction. The amount billed would be refunded. In case the service requested is not possible within a week due to any circumstances at our end. Due to the nature of the service, no refunds shall carry out based on the difference between the service expected and that provided by our expert. We strongly advice you to preview services to ensure you know what to expect once you place an order with us. We can refund the shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We cannot offer refunds if you are returning an item that was delivered by a specialty shipper. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Joseph Scott Salon.
